Transactional business associate — The Seattle office of Garvey Schubert Barer is seeking an associate with at least 1 year of experience for the firm’s business practice. The position includes excellent training opportunities providing broad support to owners with corporate governance, business transactions, hospitality, cross border work, secured transactions and real estate needs. Prior transactional experience is required but no particular expertise or specialization is necessary. The ideal candidate for the position will welcome the opportunity to develop a broad and diverse business law background, with the presumption that some level of specialization will occur as the attorney becomes more senior and develops an interest in a particular practice area or industry group.
