The Graduate Tax Program will be hosting a graduation party at Salty's on Alki, May 27 from 1:00-4:00pm. Students who are not graduating this quarter are also welcome to attend. An applicant with an L.L.M. in taxation or estate planning and at least 2 years of prior experience working with high net worth individuals will be given preferential consideration. Familiarity with formation, management, and transfers of closely held entities such as LLCs, corporations, or limited partnerships would be welcomed.
