Applications are being accepted for a Judicial Law Clerk (Term – NTE 2 Years) for U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Brian D. Lynch in the Western District of Washington at Tacoma.
The term will commence August 1, 2014. Duties include extensive legal research, writing on a full range of issues arising in bankruptcy and federal court litigation, and miscellaneous clerical duties. Applicants should have an excellent academic record, demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills and have a strong work ethic.
