LOMAP Presentation - February 16, 2011

On Wednesday, February 16 at noon in Room 115 B&C, Pete Roberts from the WSBA's Law Office Management Assistance Program will be coming to campus to talk with the tax students about starting and managing a law practice. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I was grateful for their help when I started my own practice. We may also have a couple of recent graduates who have started their own practices come and talk with you at the same time.

Please let me know if you plan to attend. The lunch selections are as follows:

Panini Lunch Boxes

1. Caprese: Roma tomatoes, fresh whole-milk mozzarella, olive oil and basil
2. Grilled Vegetable: Marinated and grilled eggplant, grilled zucchini, caramelized onion, roasted peppers, roma tomato and balsamic vinaigrette
3. Black Forest Ham: Black Forest Ham with gruyere, dijonnaise and lettuce
4. Roasted Chicken: Fresh roasted chicken breast, jarlsburg, sundried tomato aioli and lettuce
5. Roast Turkey: Roast turkey breast with havarti, dijonnaise, lettuce and roma tomato

Salad Lunch Boxes

6. Mediterranean Chicken Salad: Sliced roasted chicken breast with green beans, roma tomatoes, yellow peppers, calamata olives, feta cheese, capers and fresh herbs
7. Gourmondo Salad: Mixed greens with rocquefort, candied walnuts, pears and sherry vinaigrette
