The IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Seattle will be hosting a "Meet the
IRS" event for students who anticipate practicing before the IRS after
graduation. This event is designed to introduce the students to the people, the offices and the procedures
of the IRS, and hopefully leave them with some "best practices" when
working with each IRS function.
Location: South Auditorium of the Jackson Federal Building, at 915 2nd Ave, Seattle.
When: Tuesday, April 30 from 10:00 am until noon.
Description: Meet representatives of many IRS business units, including Exam, Collection, Estate & Gift, Wage & Investment, Counsel, Appeals, Taxpayer Advocate, ACS, Insolvency, Field Assistance, and more. Learn what each office of the IRS does, when and how you might interact with them as a taxpayer's representative, and best practices for working efficiently and effectively with the IRS.

Thanks for sharing useful information. Indeed IRS Settlement was a big pain and it almost screwed my future, poor credit score and all worse that can happen.
