An applicant with an L.L.M. in taxation or estate planning and at least 2 years of prior experience working with high net worth individuals will be given preferential consideration. Familiarity with formation, management, and transfers of closely held entities such as LLCs, corporations, or limited partnerships would be welcomed. Candidate should be entrepreneurial, client-oriented, and intellectually flexible as the position will allow for growth into the areas of international estate planning, as well as opportunities to work with clients from Alaska and Oregon.
