This is just a reminder that, for those who plan to report their classroom hours for CLE credits, you will need to comply with the WSBA requirements. Prior to 2009, our office was able to submit a letter on students' behalves for them to receive credit. When the rules were amended effective January 2009, that changed, and our office is no longer able to submit the credits for you. Please visit the WSBA website for more information: http://www.wsba.org/Licensing-and-Lawyer-Conduct/MCLE/Sponsors/CLE-Accreditation.
Please note that you will need to submit a copy of your syllabus and an attendance verification form (which we can supply) signed by your professor, so I recommend that you file those away at the end of each quarter, even if you don't have to report for a couple of years. It will be more difficult for your professor to verify your attendance if you don't take care of that right away.
