With international perspective and local experience, our ICS professionals provide practical advice on establishing new ventures and contracts, structuring overseas transactions in a tax-efficient manner, managing their effective tax rates, and maintaining compliance with tax and trade regulations.

Qualifications:
• Effective communication, leadership and time management skills
• Strong technical ability to help meet our business objectives
• Able to work as a member of a team and strive for personal effectiveness and professionalism to maintain excellent client service
• Candidates should be pursuing a JD, or LLM in Tax from an accredited college/university
• Strong academic credentials
• Passion for Corporate International Tax
• Strong planning and research skills
