Winter Registration

The Winter 2010 Registration form is now available. You should have all received an email with the registration form and book list. You can return this form by email, fax, or stop by Room 434 to drop it off in person.

Please return your registration to either Gloria (gstrickl (at) uw.edu) or Allison (ablahna (at) uw.edu) no later than 12/4/09. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
