United States Tax Court Law Clerk Program

For those of you interested in clerkship opportunities with the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C., please review the information provided on the Tax Court's website by going to http://www.ustaxcourt.gov/lc_program.htm. Under the "Application Procedure" section, you will find a link to the list of judges currently recruiting clerks. Most judges hire early Fall, so you will want to check back often to see who is hiring. While these clerkships are very competitive, they are worth applying for. Both Professor Scott Schumacher, Director of the Federal Tax Clinic, and I clerked at the Tax Court, and we both tremendously enjoyed the experience.
